You are very welcome to visit our Villa Melina located in Politika of Euboea with a great sea view , near the city of Athens.Just 1h&30' from Athens International Airport . A great escape for everybody loving luxury relaxation.

Euboea is the secosnd largest Greek Island after Crete. The island of Euboea is linked to the mainland by two bridges, one that runs through Chalkis and is also accessible from Thebes, and another which bypasses Chalcis and is accessed from Athens. 

'VM' consists of 2 seperate houses, the swimminng pool, the gym and the barbeque . The main house is in total 250 square mtrs in 2 floors. 

The secosnd house is an independant house 30 square mtrs with a small kitchen, bathroom, living room and 30 mtrs outdoor garden.

The main house has two floors

In the groundfloor you can find a very modern designed kitchen, the dining room, one wc, one bedroom with its own bathroom and a very comfortable living room with a fantastic view and fireplace.

In the second floor the house has two bedrooms with view to the pool and the sea. Each room has his own bathroom. The main bedroom has also a jacuzzi.

Next to the main house you can see the Bbq house 50 square mtrs big, where we can prepare fo you all Greek traditional food for satisfying every taste.

The 100 square mtr swimming pool is there for you !!! 

The second house is 30 square mtrs big and is totally independant. This house can guest 2-4 person with its own kitchen and a small bathroom.
